Memoco, a technological player in smart grids

Innovate. Collaborate. Integrate.

Memoco is actively involved in applied research projects to advance the technologies at the heart of tomorrow's electrical networks. Our expertise in industrial IIoT, measurements and intelligent control finds its full expression in ambitious consortiums bringing together industry, research centres and universities.

Industrialise

At Memoco, research and development are based on real industrial needs identified in the field. We invest in projects with high technological added value, always oriented towards concrete and industrialisable applications.

ONGOING PROJECT

Our main partners

The objective of the CODITH project is to develop an innovative digital energy metering solution in high voltage, without adding specific equipment, by exploiting existing data from digital protection systems.

While HV substations still predominantly use analogue connections, the IEC 61850 standard now makes it possible to digitalise exchanges between equipment. The project aims to use this protection data to achieve accurate, secure and economically viable metering.

Project supported by the Walloon Region via the Mecatech Cluster

PROJET TERMINÉ

Smart ACC

Towards collective self-consumption

SmartACC aims to facilitate the creation of local energy communities by developing a generic solution (hardware and software) to manage collective self-consumption in mixed-use areas (SMEs, homes, shops).

This project helps accelerate the local energy transition by making management tools accessible, interoperable and easy to deploy.
